Shipping Policy

Shipping Services
All packages are shipped from Australia. We use UPS for our International Express option, which take 3–5 days to arrive at most locations worldwide. We use Australia Post and their partners (e.g. Canada Post, NZ Post) for the International Standard option, which takes 5–12 business days to arrive at most locations worldwide. Maps are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. You will be emailed with the tracking number the moment your map is shipped.
US CUSTOMERS: As of 26 August 2025, all US orders are shipped express via UPS at no extra cost. While maps are exempt from the new global tariffs, the USPS will take time to implement a new system. Until then, all our US-bound orders will be managed by UPS. Thanks to the tariff exemption on maps, there are no extra costs and the price you see on our website is final.
Taxes & Duties
All orders ship from Australia. Some international orders may be subject to your local VAT or import tax upon arrival (this does not apply to the USA, NZ, and usually the UK). These are paid online or upon delivery with the driver, and is a very simple process — you'll be kept well-informed.
It's advisable you check on your local import duties to know more, but here's a little information about the countries we ship to the most:
- United States. Maps are exempt from the new global tariffs announced in 2025. Your map will arrive without incurring any extra costs. As of 26 August 2025, we are currently shipping all US orders express via UPS (no extra cost) while the USPS/Australia Post implement new systems.
- Canada. Canada has a VAT tax (known as GST, PST or HST depending on the province or territory), which is charged as an import duty upon arrival. These rates vary depending on province/territory.
- New Zealand. Import duties are almost never applied to our products, though occasionally there may be a small duty charged on orders exceeding $400 NZD in value.
- UK. Most products will not incur an import duty, unless they are delivered to a business address. Please try to use residential addresses to avoid this.
- Europe. The EU charges VAT on international purchases, and the charge will be incurred as an import duty upon arrival. VAT rates vary by country.
- Worldwide. Every country has different rules and thresholds, and for further information it's advisable you check your local import duties and taxes. What is owing is generally little more than your local value-added-tax (VAT, GST etc).
