Shipped via UPS or Australia Post Express. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days to most locations worldwide, with US delivery taking only 3-4 days. Express is currently free in the US and the UK. Order by Dec 18, 2025 to receive before Christmas.

Standard
Shipped via Australia Post and local postal partners. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days to most locations worldwide.

Australian orders ship from Melbourne, via Australia Post. Please allow a few extra days if you are in WA, NT, or rural areas.

Maps are dispatched within 2 business days of your order being placed, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Some international orders may be subject to local VAT or import duties upon arrival. These are typically paid online or to the courier at delivery, and customers are notified clearly if any charges apply.

Below is a general guide for our most common destinations:

• United States
  No import duties, taxes, or additional charges apply for US orders – the price you see at checkout is final. Maps are also fully exempt from the new US tariffs. The USA is our largest market, and currently all orders ship nationwide via UPS Express at no extra cost.
• Canada
  Canada applies GST, PST, or HST depending on province or territory. These taxes may be charged as import duties upon arrival, with rates varying by location.
• New Zealand
  Import duties are rarely applied to our products. In some cases, GST may be charged on higher-value orders in line with New Zealand import thresholds.
• United Kingdom
  UK orders are often delivered without import duties, particularly to residential addresses. However, VAT or handling charges may occasionally be applied depending on order value, delivery address, and carrier processing.
• European Union
  EU countries charge VAT on international purchases. VAT is typically collected as an import charge upon arrival, with rates varying by country.
• China (Mainland)
  Orders shipped to mainland China may be subject to local import VAT and, in some cases, customs duties upon arrival. These charges are assessed by Chinese customs and are typically paid online or to the courier prior to delivery. Customers are notified clearly if any charges apply. This is standard for international imports and varies depending on order value and destination.
• Worldwide
  Every country has different rules and thresholds. For most destinations, any charges are usually limited to local VAT or equivalent consumption tax (VAT, GST, etc.). We recommend checking your local import regulations if you’re unsure.

All prints are carefully packaged in sturdy purpose-made tubes (or rigid A3 mailers for smaller prints).

If a print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at welcome@antonthomasart.com so we can assess and replace or refund the map. Damage claims will not be considered beyond 10 days of delivery (if you open your print later than this and suspect damage, please contact us).
